JENSEN, District Judge.

This motion to dismiss came on for hearing before this Court on May 1, 1991. For the reasons discussed below, Texas Instruments Incorporated’s motion for dismissal is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART.

I. BACKGROUND.

The present motion to dismiss arises in the context of a dispute over the validity of licenses and patents covering certain electronic components commonly used in the manufacture of personal computers.
