OPINION
HUDSON, Justice.
This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the Commission for Lawyer Discipline on its claim that appellant, Jim Skelton, engaged in professional misconduct by violating rules 1.01(b)(1), 1.01(b)(2), 1.03(a), 1.04(d), 8.01(b), 8.04(a)(1), and 8.04(a)(8) of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
