This action was brought to recover damages for injuries sustained in an automobile accident which occurred about 8:15 in the evening of August 3, 1922, on trunk line highway M-15 between the villages of Daggett and Talbot in Menominee county, Michigan. Plaintiff was riding with her husband in an automobile which he was driving north. They both saw a car approaching them from the north some distance away.
