Proceedings for writ of mandamus to require appellant to issue two biiilding permits for the erection of certain buildings on respondent’s premises.
Respondent is a corporation and has for many years been engaged in the wrecking and construction of buildings and the sale of building materials. It owns and operates a lumberyard for the •purpose of carrying on this business in the city of Minneapolis. Appellant is the inspector of buildings in the city of Minneapolis.
