Appeal from an order sustaining demurrers to plaintiffs’ complaint.
The four plaintiffs, residents of Shakopee, a city of the fourth class in this state, brought this action against defendants city of Shakopee, a municipal corporation, its common council, mayor, city recorder, city attorney, and five holders of “on sale” liquor licenses in the city of Shakopee. For brevity, we shall refer to the parties as the four plaintiffs, the city, the council, the mayor, the city recorder, the city attorney, and the five defendants.
