This action was brought by the respondents against I. V. Bailey and wife and Harry C. Hazel and wife to secure a judgment requiring the defendants Bailey to make available to them two contracts for the sale and purchase of real estate and adjudging that such contracts were in good standing; also adjudging that the defendants Hazel had no right, title, or interest in or to the real estate.
