This is an appeal from a judgment forfeiting a real-estate contract, removing the cloud upon sellers’ title, and ordering the issuance of a writ of restitution.
On January 7, 1947, Arthur F. Moeller and wife, and Louie F. Moeller and wife, as sellers, and Good Hope Farms, Inc., as purchaser, entered into a real-estate contract for the sale of a ranch and dairy business near Enumclaw. Wadler and wife owned practically all of the stock of Good Hope Farms, Inc. The purchase price was one hundred fifteen thousand dollars, of which twenty-five thousand dollars was paid down.
