During the month of June, 1921, J. M. and Pearl E. Jensen, by contract of conditional sale, agreed to sell to Julia E. Ker an apartment house in the city of Seattle, known as the “Solana.” The purchase price was ninety thousand dollars, of which seven thousand five hundred dollars was paid in cash, a further credit of ten thousand dollars being given for property traded, a mortgage in the sum of thirty-five thousand dollars was assumed, the balance of thirty-seven thousand five hundred dollars, together with interest, being payable in monthly installments of three hundred fifty dollars, each…
