Walter Mercado-Salinas (“Mercado”) and Astromundo, Inc. (collectively “Plaintiffs”) brought this case in the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance against Bart Enterprises International, LTD. (“Bart”), Walter International Productions, Inc., Waltervision, Inc., Waltervision Productions, Inc.
