In the case at bar, Elizabeth Carrasquillo Ortiz, Carmen Guzman Vazquez, Daniel Ouviña, Victor Rivera, Matilde Rodríguez Noa, Brenda Enid Vázquez Díaz, and Fred Voltaggio De Jesús (collectively “Plaintiffs”) bring this suit pursuant to Puerto Rico Law No. 80 of May 30, 1976 (“Law 80”), P.R.
