In the case at bar, Elizabeth Carrasquil-lo Ortiz, Carmen Guzmán Vázquez, Daniel Ouviña, Victor Rivera, Matilde Rodríguez Noa, Brenda Enid Vázquez Díaz, and Fred Voltaggio De Jesús (collectively “Plaintiffs”) bring this suit pursuant to Puerto Rico Law No. 80 of May 30, 1976 (“Law 80”), P.R.
