THIS MATTER came before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss Chapter 7 Case Under 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(1), filed by the United States Trustee (“Trustee”), and the Debtors’ Response. The disputed issues in this case center around the proper application of the “Means Test” under the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (“BAPC-PA”).
