Appellants Peter and Andrea Reed appeal an order of the bankruptcy court granting the United States Trustee’s (hereinafter the “UST”) motion to dismiss Appellant’s bankruptcy case under 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(2) and § 707(b)(3).
