The Attorney Grievance Commission, acting through Bar Counsel, filed a petition for disciplinary action against Setareh R. Jaseb (Respondent), alleging violations of the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct. The Commission (Petitioner), acting through Bar Counsel, charged Respondent with violating Rules 3.3 (Candor Toward the Tribunal), 4.1 (Truthfulness in Statements to others), 5.3 (Responsibilities Regarding Non-lawyer Assistants), 8.4(c) and (d) (Misconduct), and 8.1(a) (Bar Admission and Disciplinary Matters).
