MEMORANDUM OPINION
NORTHROP, Senior District Judge.
This is an action brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; and the Equal Pay Act, 29 U.S.C. § 206(d).
A two day trial was conducted on October 26 and 27, 1992. At the close of Plaintiffs case, Defendant made a Motion for Judgment on Partial Findings. Fed. R.Civ.P. 52(c). See Homes v.
