This appeal comes to this court on questions of law from a judgment entered on the verdict of a jury for the plaintiff in the Common Pleas Court of Cuyahoga County. The plaintiff’s action sounds in negligence. He was a watchman employed by Ostendorf Morris, a building management organization which was employed, by The Estates Holding Company to manage a six-story building at 1017 Euclid Avenue in Cleveland.
