The accident and injury for which plaintiff claims compensable damages occurred about noon on July 14, 1954. Plaintiff was at the time engaged as an employee of a transfer company and was operating a truck in making deliveries about the city of Des Moines. The defendant was a builder of *1187houses for sale. At the time set out he was engaged in building a house at 1705 E. 31st Street in Des Moines.
