Badurina v. Bolen

This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment entered upon the verdict in favor of the defendant and from an order overruling plaintiff’s motion for a new trial. The action is one for negligence arising out of a collision between the truck of the plaintiff and the automobile of the defend ant which occurred on October 2, 1957, on Williams Road in the city of Columbus, Ohio. The parties will be referred to herein as the plaintiff and defendant in the same relation they appeared in the Common Pleas Court.
