EVERETT, Chief Judge:
After a contested trial, a general court-martial with members convicted the accused of stealing two television sets — each being military property of the United States valued at more than $100 — and wrongfully selling one of the sets, in violation of Articles 121 and 108, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921 and 908, respectively. Thereafter, the court sentenced the accused to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 18 months, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
