EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Notwithstanding appellant’s pleas, a special court-martial of members convicted him of transferring .66 grams of methamphetamine on May 3, 1979, and of “transferring some quantity” of the same drug on the same date, in violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 892. Therefor, he was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 3 months, forfeiture of $279 pay per month for 3 months, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
