Lance Corporal Isaac D. Roberson was convicted at a special court-martial with members of unauthorized absence, larceny and forgery in violation of Articles 86, 121 and 123, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 886, 921, 923 (2000). He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for one month, forfeiture of $737.00 pay per month for a period of one month, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
