T 1 Originally, the Bar Association filed a complaint against the respondent under Rules 6, 6.24, 1 and 10, 2 Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings, 5 0.S.2011, Ch. 1, App. 1-A, charging the respondent with ten counts of professional misconduct. Although the parties agreed to the entrance of an order of interim suspension, Townsend did not admit the truth of the misconduct allegations. 3
