1 The complainant, Oklahoma Bar Asso-clation (Bar Association), charged the respondent, Robert Bradley Miller, (attorney/Miller) with five counts of professional misconduct resulting from circumstances surrounding the alleged irresponsible and deceitful prosecution of murder trials in his capacity as Assistant District Attorney for Oklahoma County.
