Appeal from a portion of a judgment of the superior court for King county, Tallman, J., entered November 23, 1903, upon findings in favor of the plaintiff, after a trial on the merits before the court without a jury, in an action to quiet title.

This action was brought by the respondent to quiet title to lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, in block 204, and lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, in block 206, of the Seattle tide lands, in King county. After the issues were made up, the trial was had, and the lower court- entered a decree in accordance with the prayer of the complaint. The defendants appeal.
