Plaintiff appeals from a judgment for defendant, an attorney, entered after plaintiffs amended complaint for invasion of privacy and malpractice was dismissed. She assigns as error that the court granted defendant’s motion to dismiss her amended complaint. ORCP 21A(8). We reverse.
