MEMORANDUM OPINION
J. RONNIE GREER, District Judge.
The instant matter consists of two actions transferred to this Court by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation for coordinated pretrial proceedings with five other actions filed in this district. Pending before the Court is defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) in the Baisley, Sweetwater and Scott cases.
