On May 21, 2007, the Supreme Court decided Bell Atlantic Corp. v. Twombly, — U.S.-,-, 127 S.Ct. 1955, 1964, 167 L.Ed.2d 929 (2007), in which it considered “what a plaintiff must plead in order to state a claim under § 1 of the Sherman Act.” 1 Relying on Twombly, Defendants Morgan Adhesives Company (“MACtae”), a producer of pressure sensitive labelstock (“PSL”), and Bemis Company, Inc. (“Bem-is”), the parent of MACtae, have moved to dismiss the claims asserted against them in Plaintiffs’ Second Amended and Consolidated Class Action Complaint…
