The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of aiding and abetting manslaughter in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-8 (a) and 53a-55 (a) (1). On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court improperly (1) instructed the jury on the charge of aiding and abetting manslaughter, (2) denied the defendant’s motion for acquittal and motion in arrest of judgment, (3) excluded evidence that would have impeached the credibility of a state’s witness and (4) denied the defendant’s motion to dismiss for failure to…
