Opinion

DiPENTIMA, C. J.

The defendant, Jason Gonzalez, appeals from the judgment of conviction, 1 rendered after a jury trial, of manslaughter in the first degree with a firearm as an accessory in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-8 2 and 53a-55a. 3 On appeal, the defendant claims that the evidence at trial was insufficient to support the jury’s verdict. 4 Specifically, the defendant argues that there was insufficient evidence that the defendant solicited, requested, commanded, importuned or intentionally aided the principal. 5 We reverse in part the judgment of the trial court.
