—This action was brought by plaintiff, as a creditor, to set aside a deed made by defendant Louis Helbing to defendant Louise Helbing, his wife, upon the -ground that said deed was fraudulent and void as to plaintiff. Judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff against defendant Louis, and against plaintiff in favor of defendant Louise. Plaintiff appeals from the judgment in favor of defendant Louise and from the order denying a new trial. The deed was made May 15, 1893.
