This action arises out of an alleged course of conduct on the part of defendants, various members of the New York State Assembly and minority staff administrators of the Assembly Ways and Means Committee, involving the denial to plaintiff Rima E. Bostick of equal employment opportunities in her position as a Legislative Budget Analyst for the minority staff of the Assembly Ways and Means Committee. The action is brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 2000e and 29 U.S.C. §§ 206(d)(1), 621, and the complaint alleges that defendants’ failure to…
