CASELLAS, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Mariana Muñoz Rivera and José Torres, both personally and on behalf of their conjugal partnership, filed a complaint against defendants alleging sexual harassment, sex discrimination and retaliation in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5 and several provisions of Commonwealth law prohibiting sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
