MEMORANDUM OPINION
HUVELLE, District Judge.
On December 11, 2002, after extensive briefings, oral argument, and petitioner’s filing of affidavits and production of more than 1,000 documents, this Court entered an ordered enforcing an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) summons against respondent, Judicial Watch, Inc., pursuant to sections 7402(b) and 7604(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, 26 U.S.C. §§ 7402(b) and 7604(a).
