Plaintiff, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (“CREW”) brought the above-captioned Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) action seeking documents that CREW asserts Defendant, the Office of Administration (“OA”), Executive Office of the President (“EOP”), assembled and prepared relating to the White House’s alleged loss of EOP e-mail records.
