On August 28, 2008, Plaintiff Yatana Walker filed this action pro se in the District Court of Maryland for Prince George’s County against Defendants Donna Gambrell and then Secretary Henry Paulson, both of the United States Department of the Treasury (“Treasury”). Defendants removed the action to this court on November 13, 2008.
