Jeraline Taylor sued Rite Aid Corporation (the “Corporation”) and Rite Aid of Maryland, Inc. (“Rite Aid”), (together the “defendants”), for employment discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”),1 the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (“ADA”),2 and the Family Medical Leave Act of 1993 (“FMLA”).3 ECF No. 1.
