THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Lucy Burrows’ Memorandum Motion to Dismiss All Claims, filed April 29, 2010 (Doc. 9)(“Motion”). The Court held a hearing on July 8, 2010. The primary issues are: (i) whether the Court should dismiss Plaintiffs Louise B.
