THIS MLATTER comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Conditional Certification of a Collective Action Under 29 U.S.C. § 216(b) and Certification of a Class Action Under Fed.R.Civ.P. 23(b)(3) and Memorandum in Support, filed September 30, 2014 (Doc. 33) (“Motion”).
