Plaintiff Louis Cordova brings claims arising out of the termination of his employment against Plaintiff's former employer, State of New Mexico governmental entity the University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH), along with Plaintiff's former supervisors, the individual UNMH employees Eduardo Lopez, Carol Hilton, and Deinyna Duenas, improperly identified as "Deinna Dures."
