I. INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 56), filed on June 10, 2015. The matter is fully briefed.
Plaintiff was an employee of Defendant Colorado Public Employees’ Retirement Association (“PERA”) from May of 2004, beginning as an intern, through May 10, 2012, when her employment was terminated.
