INCH, District Judge.

By this motion, plaintiff seeks two-fold relief.

First, pursuant to Rule 34 ot the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c, directing the defendant, its officers, attorneys or other persons under its-supervision or direction to produce *380and permit the inspection and copying of the following:
