The facts are sufficiently stated in the opinion of the Court by Mr.Chief Justice Clark. The A.C.L. Railroad, originally the Wilmington and Weldon Railroad Company, occupies with its track the chief street of the city of Goldsboro. Its right of way, 65 feet on each side of its roadbed, embraces the whole of what is known as East and West Center streets, which extend north and south the entire length of the city.
