One of the assignments of error is that the court held that the judgment of the state court in case No. 19,209 operated as a bar or as an adjudication of any of the matters involved in the present case. We need not enter into a consideration of the disputed questions involved on this assignment, further than to advert to the fact that, subsequent *44to the final decree rendered by the court below, the judgment so relied upon as an estoppel was reversed by the Supreme Court of the state of Washington.
