This action was brought to set aside the transfer of one thousand four hundred shares of the capital stock of the “Building Association of the New or Practical Psychology” claimed to have been made by one W. R. Price to the defendant.
The complaint alleged that on November 4, 1909, plaintiff obtained a judgment against said Price for $7,728.18 which was then in full force and effect; that “after the said W. R. Price perpetrated the fraud upon the plaintiff herein which was the basis of the action upon which said plaintiff recovered judgment against the said W. R. Price aforesaid,” the said…
