Certiorari to the department of employment security to review the decision of the commissioner 2 disqualifying relator for unemployment compensation benefits.

Relator, a 46-year-old unmarried woman, entered the employment of the respondent R. N. Cardozo & Brother, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the employer, on March 13,1946.
