George W. Latimer, Judge:

Private Alphonso Rhoden was tried by general court-martial and found guilty of three offenses. They were (1) behaving with disrespect toward a superior officer, (2) willfully disobeying a lawful command of a superior officer, and (3) committing an assault with intent to do bodily harm by striking another soldier on the head with a dangerous weapon. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for six years.
