Appellant, the widow of veteran Dale E. Gabrielson [hereinafter the veteran], appeals from a May 3, 1993, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA or Board) which denied her claim for dependency and indemnity compensation (DIC) benefits after concluding that the cause of the veteran’s death was not service connected.
