Ryder/P.I.E. Nationwide, Inc. (“Ryder”), petitions this court to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board (“Board”) finding that Ryder had violated sections 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act (“the Act”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and 158(a)(3) 1 by discharging Clarence Eugene Pate (“Pate”) for the protected activity of filing griev-anees. The Board’s order also found Ryder in violation of section 8(a)(1) of the Act for remarks made to an employee by one of its supervisors. Ryder does not challenge this part of the…
