DAVIDSON, District Judge:
This case is before the court on application of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “Board”) for enforcement of its order against Adco Electric, Inc., (“Adco”). The NLRB’s order was issued on June 30, 1992. The Board’s jurisdiction'arises under section 10(a) of the National Labor Relations Act (“the Act”), which empowers the NLRB to prevent unfair labor practices. This court’s jurisdiction for the application of enforcement arises under section 10(e) of the Act, 29 Ú.S.C. § 160(e). Following oral argument in this cause, and a review of the record and briefs…
