Memorandum Decision and Order on Motions to Transfer and Class Action

These are motions under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) seeking a transfer to the United States District Court, Central District of California, of 12 separate actions commenced in this District and one removed here from Supreme Court, State of New York, County of New York. 1 An identical motion to transfer was made by defendants in all 13 cases.
